To enjoy member points and benefits, please register as a ParisDog MY member.

Click “Login / Register” at the top right of our website, fill in your details, and you’re all set!

2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a cancellation or modification.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

To proceed, please contact us via Instagram Direct Message or WhatsApp, and provide your order details.
